Smoked pork sausage This is a traditional product of the Franche-Comté terroir. Each sausage is around 300g and is slowly smoked to give it its unique flavour.
To cook it boil it for 40 minutes, starting with cold water. Do not perforate the sausage.
This product is made by Tuyé de Mesandans in the Franche-Comté
